Compaq presario V-3000
No display

My lap has got the problem of no display. This is identified as a manufacturing problem of the processor by the company itself and provided an extended warranty of 1 year. I got my motherboard replaced in the extended warranty period from service centre in Kerala (Nortech-Thiruvananthapuram)

The motherboard was replaced in nov.

The extended warranty was over by 27/11/08

The new motherboard was: wistron 30B5

Now the same problem is back. The new motherboard lasted only for 2 months. It is really shameful to note that evenafter you recognised the problem, the component is replaced with a low graded one. I want the company to be responsible for this..I have already registered a complaint, but no response..

I want the problem to be resolved at the easliest. The company must take necessary step for this..

Now the lap is with me. I will take it to a customer care after getting your assurance.
