A number of break down of the notebook in a yea

This complain is related to my hp notebook with product name Compaq Presario V3029AU which I bought on 2nd August by paying Rs44, 300/- .

Just after first 4 months, for the first time it broke down and I had to take it to the hp service center in Chennai, India. Within a period of one year this lap lop has broken down for four times, which i believe believe is much of a problem for a consumer. Thought all the brokerage has been taken care by HP for one year, now after five months to the last repair it again broke down.

Now I am a student in Sweden and under loan for studies, it is too difficult for me to repair this laptop so often.before coming Sweden, thinking of this easy break down of the laptop I was even ready to extend my warranty period which will cover me in Sweden as well. But it is strange to here that HP does not have a global warranty as well.

Now by summarizing my problem I can say that I am one of those consumer who was sold a laptop just for a year and will keep paying for rest of her life to repair it. If in USA the consumers are able to replace their laptop after three break downs why not a consumer in India will get the same facilities. So I also need a real judgment of my issue either by full refund of the amount which I spend for it or replacement of my troublesome lap top with a flawless new laptop here in Sweden or in India.

This is my first attempt to talk about the problem, even i won't mind going to the consumer court to fight for my rights.
