Compaq presario v3780
Scratches on folding surface

This is regardin thin lines of scratches which are slowly increasing from quite some time, on the folding surface of my few months old laptop -Compaq Presario v3780.

Actually, This wear & tear is happenin with open-close of laptop (this is the only repeated stupid reply which i got from the service people of HP service centre, Hyd)

Anyway Did anybody face this kinda prob? if so then any solutions??

or atleast how can i remove scratches?? [:(
