Compaq presario v6000
Bad Serivice through Bhopal Service cente

I have compaq presario V6000 s/n CNF7343NCT p/nGS072PA#ACJ. my service tag no is V6425TU. I have a problem in my LAN Port which is not working since April. when I went to the hp service center Bhopal they seen the laptop and first told me that its a motherboard issue. after they told me that its modem port is damaged, that is why the LAN is not working in my laptop and warranty can not be claimed. the after one month my headphone socket is stop working. sound is not coming to the headphone from the speaker socket while mic socket is working properly. Now I wanted to know to whom should I make the complaint. if i will go to the Bhopal HP service center they will again refuse to repair the product. so in that case what should I do or I should not repeat the mistake of purchasing the compaq and HP products in future again.
