I purchased this compaq presario laptop on Aug. After 1 year of base warranty offered, I purchased a care pack from an hp service center in delhi for 2 years. When I checked the new status of warranty after a day everything was fine until i faced a problem with the machine 1 year hence. This was only to discover to my surprise that my care pack serial number had been registered with a wrong hardware. I just do not understand why such a problem occurred.
