Non-receipt of free gift

Delay in getting free gift redemption

I have purchased a compaq laptop in the month of January. With the purchase a free gift of home theater was to be supplied. For the gift the registration was required to be done on hp promotion website. I did the registration part and got the confirmation on my mail that the home theater will be supplied on sending some documents alongwith a demend draft of Rs. 1499/-. which I have sent in the first week of Februay. A redemption code was also given to me on the same mail to claim the gift.
