Complain about Taxi drivers
Taxi Driver's rude behavio

I along with my wife and two children got down from my building to go to a temple. There was a taxi standing near the gate of our building. I requested him to take us to the temple and bring us back. He refused. I asked him then why was he standing in front of our gate? To this he replied with abusive language. I told him that I would complain about him to which he threatended me saying "I know where you stay, you will also face the consequences". Now I am confused should I complain about this taxi driver to RTO or to the Local Police. Please advice.

The Taxi I am refering to has the registration number: MH02 6404.
