Non-refund of balance at Railway Counter-Dindigul

On 15th July between 7.40 AM to 7.45 AM I approached the Counter No.2 of Dindigul Jn. for purchase of a platform ticket. The person who was issuing the platform tickets was given Rs.5/- and after getting the ticket I asked for refund of balance Rs.2/-. But the concerned staff at Counter No.2 refused to return Rs.2/- with the plea that there is no change and I waited for a long time. To my surprise I observed that he is collecting Rs.5/- against Rs.3/- who have given Rs.5/-. When I enquired from him about collecting Rs.5/-instead of Rs.3/- he misbeheaved with me using filthy language. He even shown the courage to say that you may go anybody and nothing will happen to me. I felt very bad when he misbehaved like this before others.
Through this complaint I wish to inform you that such corrupted/misbheaving staff members should not be kept at such important counters which affect the reputation of our INDIAN RAILWAYS.
Therefore, you are requested to please look into the matter and engage a right man. I am also prepared to appear before you for any clarification at any time and date so that in future nobody should suffer like me in future. My address is given below:
