Complaints on "Indane LPG"
Delay in Delivery of refilled cylinders

Sir I am a consumer of Indane LPG (No.7069) through NEELKANTH GAS AGENCY VASHISHTH PARK SAGAR PUR NEW DELHI.The agency generally takes a period of more than 20-25 days to provide the delivery of refilled LPG cylinders. I went to the agency personaly (telephones did not recieve) and booked a cylender on 24/11/07 .After 10 days I went again (distance about 10-12 km.) there and request to send a cylinder, the owner said ''we will definately send till this evening .' But there is no responce till now. Mean while my cylinder had empty and I beg from a neighbour. The Agency does not provide better service. The gas is also less in weight. Please consider my complaint.
