Cheating by providing lower RAM

I had purchased my computer (acer AC513) at Asansol Book Fair'2007 from Computer City, Asansol. When i found it very slow, i contacted Computer City, with my entire faith on them, for increasing speed by adding another RAM of 512. Accordingly they send their softwere engineer, who added a RAM saying it of 512 and charged an amount of about 1200.00 - 1300.00.

Recently, when i hired another softwere engineer of devirus my computer, he informed me that Computer City has added a RAM of only 128 with my existing 256 RAM.

Thus, Computer City, Asansol has cheated me due to my innocense and blind faith on them.

So, i need your help to have justice.
