Mysore Office Irregularities & disorganisation

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a PC with your help under the 0% finance Scheme for our Office usage. Since we underwent a terrible loss i couldn`t clear any of my checks excert the first one. then the next 3 checks (totally 4) i cleared it along with the penalty charges to your executives. After which i was unable to pay because i had to close down my entire office. After some time i had to go out of station (Pune) due to unavoidable circumstances. when i came back my product was ceased and gave me 15days time to recover the same. As i could`nt do it in the required frame of time. i went 30 days later to make the payment and clear the dues. I was in for a shock when i approached your Office with the way they responded to me. I acknowledged my fault for the delayed payment and the faults of bouncing my checks, which i deeply regret. But another shock followed me when i came to know that my product had already been sold. My question to ypu Dearest Sir/madam is that, Does BAJAJ FINANCE CO. sell the seized product with any information to the buyer? when i asked for the same at your Mysore Branch Office They gave nme an excuse saying that they had already sent a registered letter. When i told them that i hadn`t received any, they said they`ll give it to me there itself. After waiting for some time i was told to come again the next day. when i went again the next day leaving all my works (which i richly deserve for defaulting) one of the Officer who is incharge with this started dictating to another executive on a letter with pen & tried to hand it over to me which i refused to accept. Is this the way the Company deals Sir/Madam? I asked for the details of my already seize4d and sold products details from the Company which they totall refused. Finally after some arguments thet told me that they`ll get my computer back once i pay Rs 11, 330/-(my balance was actualluy Rs 4900/-). They also said after i pay the entire amount they`ll go approach the person to whom my computer was sold and try to get it back. Please Dear Sir/Madam I`m really at loss & I don`t know what to do? Please help me as i`m in terrible financial condition. I need my computer back. It`ll be of great help if you can help me now. I want your action as there is none at the Mysore office.
