Poor Network Coverage at Office Premises

This is the mail that i have written to Idea Cellular Ltd

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Greetings from Concept Financial Services.

Please find the my following grievances which have never been resolved till date. Issue relates to continued loss of Coverage of Mobile Signals.

Complaint: Concept Financial Services or CFS is located at 31 Park Road Indore in a commercial complex in prime CBD area of Indore City, Madhya Pradesh. Our office location is next to BSNL Telephone exchange with lots of open space around and easy accessability. We have been tenants at the place for more than Two and half years.

We have never received proper coverage SINCE our moving here TILL date.

We have been customers of Idea since long and have more than six of our own postpaid or prepaid connections. Despite making complaints from customer care and receiving calls from your Technical Cell for long we have not had any solution to this problem. Every time the technical person has called, the call could not be completed on the cell due to coverage issues.

We have been forced to take additional Land line phones for the same and when ever a call comes we simply disconnect/ignore it and then call back from landline number (which happens to be of Airtel).

We hereby lodge a formal complaint before you to satisfactorily resolve the matter, the resolve being -

a. That the coverage in our premises i.e. U G 7 Samyak Park Building, 31 Park Road be such that a Normal Cellphone Instrument can make a successful call without Coverage issues.

Thats it.

As for the proof of coverage not being available to us please retrieve the records relating to Missed Call alerts being delivered to us. We are paying seperately for that too.

Hoping to hear from you soon, and yes, if you do intend to call us do so on Landline numbers between 10:30 am to 7:30 Pm. In case i am not at my office, please leave a contact number for me to call you back.

I hope that my loyalty to IDEA for the past? years would not go unnoticed. In case the problem can not be solved please advise so.
