Totally unsatisfied with concord cargo secunderabad

Concord cargo secunderabad is a complete fraud comapany. We shifted from secunderabd to banswara. Rajvir singh took our consignment and charged us 13 thousand for transportation of household goods, and after reaching banswara we waited and waited, he was not available on phone, then after calling many others we came to know that even after one month our luggagae was still in secunderaba dthough he had promised to deliver in 15 days. And he didn t have the courtesy to make a single call. After endless calls to his men we finally got our luggagage after one and a half month and that too in a very bad condition. Many items were broken, locks were open, things were missing. and we got luggage by Delhi rajasthan transport and they showed us the reciept of 5000 only. So this rajveer charged us 13000 and paid only 5000 to another transport and pocketed the difference. He doesn t have any transport line of his own as he claims, and he charged us insurance money also, though he never insured our goods. We demand full refund of the amount we paid cos we were totally cheated and it caused us a lot of mental agony as we didn t get our luggage for one and ahalf months and we had to purchase many new things. and he is only using the name of concord, actually he is a total fraud . beware of rajveer singh everyone.his number is 9393999504
