Connection transfer from yamunanagar to saharanpu

Hi,

This is in reference to my connection transfer from Confed gas agency in yamunanagar to saharanpur.

First when I went to surrender the regulator & Cylinder to confed agency, they made me run from their agency to their godown which is a long distance from the agency & costs around 100 Rs one way. I reached the godown to find it closed & the person in-charge over there was missing. people around said since there was shortage of cylinders hence he went away.

My first complaint - if a person is on duty, then even though there is shortage of Cylinders then how can he be missing from his work. Is he taking salary for free. It is not necessary that people come only for Cylinders to the godown. they might come for anything like surrender of cylinder in my case.

Moving forward I went back to the agency where they asked me to go back to the godown & said this time there will be someone. I went back back to see no one there & the person incharge sent someone after 15 minutes who inturn did not get the keys of the godown. anyways he kept the cylinder at a residence nearby & asked me to go back to agency to collect the reciept which I should have got at the godown itself.

Then from saharanpur they sent the verification letter which was not replied to & the excuse given after 2 months was that the branch manager had changed & they were waiting for the new branch manager to join who was supposed to join in feb.

My 2nd complaint - how can you have a branch without a branch manager for almost a month. what about the work which is pending for the branch manager's signature & is delayed & to top it up you guys cancel the connection if there is no response for more than 3 or 6 months. what if the branch manager would'nt have turned up for another 2 months.

Finally the transfer papers were submitted in Dec in saharanpur branch who sent it for verification to yamunanagar from where I personally got it verified & brought the papers along with me in the month of April & gave them to people in saharanpur branch who did everything & the connection was transfered & cylinder was removed to give it to me & were waiting for the final entries to be done in the system. People in saharanpur branch took the deposit of Rs 1180 & when the internet was up they saw that the Agency code for confed gas agency was not matching & the security amount entered in verification papers was incorrect & when I asked for the deposit amount to be returned they said it has already been entered into the systems. How can they take the security amount if they have not fully verified the connection. then after arguing for hours with them they returned it & now the branch manager of confed agency in yamunanagar is not at the branch & says will come to branch tomorrow. Is he a public servant or the public is his servant.

Finally I am fed up of the confed gas agency in yamunanagar as first they delayed transfer papers then they delayed verification papers then they entered wrong information in verification papers & every now & the branch manager or someone else who has to do the work is missing from the office. Truly speaking in Confed Agency in Yamunanagar, you have recruited USELESS PEOPLE WHO ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING.
