AA) The above group of companies has more than 300 employees over 4 years.

BB) Their income around Rs. 45 lakhs per month. They have not filed any proper P.F.& ESI to all employees.

CC) They are doing repairs, Handling and Services to m/s SANCO Trans cfs, SICAL cfs and SATTVA cfs.

DD) They started ESI & PF only from 2 years back and Only for 20 employees.

EE) They filed agreement / contract paper as fake document. i.e. Jai Parabolic, Chennai agreement sighned by themself.

FF) The fake doument unknown by Jai Parabolic, Chennai.

GG) Their audit report also shows incorrect salary statement per year.

HH) Their ESI Statement also submitted with incorrect salary statment and I.T Paper Corrected by themself for ESI audit inspection.
