Check in luggage missing

Dear Sir,

On 14 July I arrived at the IGI airport Delhi from Beijing by the Cathey Pacific flight No CX 751 at 7:50 pm. One of my luggage (carry bag) was missing. I did not receive it from the luggage receiving section. The luggage TAG details are as follows:

Final destination: Delhi
