It is to bring into your notice that a builder is constructing flat at A-4, Laxman park, chander nagar, delhi-51. It seems construction not approved by MCD & No parking provision has been made which could be big problem when possession would be taken place in coming future. Though information under "right to act" has been given in mcd, south zone office on dt 14.8.2008 wt covering letter as given below. We request for early action in this matter.

1. Is this meant for flat or residential purpose?

2. Has he provision for car parking?

3. How many floor approved here?

4. Has you sanctioned map for the construction?

You are requested to look into the matter & provide necessary details at the earliest.
