Non Refund of Amount due

I had got a VC conducted through your reliance Web Store Chennai. When i made the initial payment they said they have not received it so i had to make a payment again as the VC was very urgent. The contact person was Mr. Rajarishi (Rajarishi. Tiwari@relianceada.com) and the amount was Rs. 6, 750/- each time.

I have submitted ample proof of the double payment and they agree that it has been done, but even after 4 months of follow up they are not refunding the amount. I am at my wits end after making 20-30 phone calls and writing to everyone. They have stopped responding to my mail even.
