Subject: Complain regarding false commitment made by Lucknow officials

Sir this is to bring to your attention that myself Kavita Tandon and my husband Aashish Kapoor had enrolled to your club membership after attending a nearly 3 hrs.seminar in your Lucknow office on 24th Mar 08.We were promised by your officials for a free gift. The places mentioned therein were not of our choice thus we wanted to use the gift elsewhere, which was agreed by your manager here.

We requested for our holidays to be booked at Tushali Resorts, Shimla from 14th June to 20th June. Sir this request was made in the first week of April. We were told it is too early and bookings for said location would be done only 30 days prior to the holiday date.

Sir it is highly disappointing to state that in the second week of April there was a call from Lko.office stating we would not be able to avail holidays at said location as the resort is fully booked.

Sir since then we have been trying to sought out things but sorry to state the working and customer care of your officials here have made us feel we wasted our time in that said seminar and were quiet unwise to think Country Vacations, who has a name in South will keep up the same reputation in North also.

Sir, we have in your Lko. Office given an application to refund Rs.10, 000 we paid towards initial payment for the good for nothing membership.

We would request you to look into the said matter personally and try to sought out things for us
