Poor Service of LPG cylinder mistake

I am customer No.11611 of Bharet gas Dealer shri sai gas agencies, Indore (M.P.) we have received one gas cylinder on Dt.12/05 B.no. 7152 . gas stove not burn . dealer not proper response on telephone & solve Problum. and many time delivery of cylinder very delay also.
