Cooperative housing society
Open Area Totaly used for Parking, Leaving no play area for the Children

I am a member of the Cooperative Housing Society with 28 Members. Open Area of the Society is fully occupied by Members Vehicles all the time (Appox 20 Cars) Children of the Society doesnot have place to play. With the park vehicles it always give rise to dispute for damage etc. Whether Societies Act / Bombay Municipal Act does not have any provision to help the parents of the children?
