Monopoly strategy

I have taken airtel connection city mobile also deposited security amt 1000/-, after 2 years of using when i asked customer care to termination (req. no.19363414 on19.1108) and return my deposit amount after deduction,

i also given my request to local airtel office in written they did deny to give receiving on my application,

on 22.11.08 my no.got terminated after 3 days on 25.1108 i received several calls contineusly from airtel indore and they were forcing me not to disconnect no. i requested then several times please disconnect my no. and please dont call for the same matter,

i was surprised they started my no. again when i call to custmer care they said after your request we started your no,

i am fed up with this hopeless monopoly service
