Sir,

I have purchase a onida DVR 8637 on oct at the starting when i purchase DVR then company is not having any engineer to demonstrat DVR after many complaints to company they send an engineer from his head of department. Now still i am facing the bad service of DVR given at onida service center on dated 13/06 for repearing. When i ask what's problem in my DVR from service center i get reply that power cord of DVR has been dead we have to change the power cord. The incharge of service center said that he will take 10 days to import power cord from his head office but till date the company is not having power cord to repear my DVR. Now when i am asking then from service center incharge say i have recived power cord from my head office. So please sir i am requesting you to please help me to solve my problem.
