Electronic System for display of Train Bogi

Dear Sir,

I ddeply regreet to inform the inconvience i have been facing sincelast several months at Tenali railway station when ever iam undertaking journeys to Chennai, Hyderbad, Delhi Etc.. from Tenali. Though the system was provided with an invest ment of lakhs in rupees by Rail authorites the functioning of the same is totally absence for some times and even displayed wrong bogi position for some times making passengers to make a run on the platforms with luggage, old people, children & Handicaped reguarly. Last month while iam travelling from Tenali to Hyderbad due to the non display of bogi position before train arrival i was totally confused and forced to depend upon porters to know the A/c chair coach. They have guided me to the rare back of the train but to my suprise the bogi was in the midle of the Train.By which i was forced to make a run with my family members on the flat form but could not reach the bogi and was forced to get into a available compartment by pushing my people in side and to get down at vijayawada to reach the bogi. This is not first time at Tenali, as i faced it several times during my journey to various places from Tenali. The incharge at Tenali also expressed inability since system is controlled by contractors. I felt astonished though the Government is providing every thing for the benift of passengers the latest technological senario the station is not in a postion to utilize it properly for the convience of the travellers. Kindly set right the position.
