A.T.M. cash missing

Withdrew Rs.3000 using my SBI atm card from corpbank atm (hotel greenpark branch. manipal)(14th oct).

The transaction got declined but the cash was debited from my account when i later checked my savings account. Being a student, this has caused a great deal of trouble for me as its already been 3 weeks and the cash has still not been returned. I filed a written complaint from SBI manipal branch within a week after this happened.
