Fine Unrecovered

I have made a withdraw of Rs.8000 on the 13th August from Bank Of India ATM, Malkajgiri. Money has been debited from my account no. SB40490 but I haven't received the money at that time.

I have made a complaint my bank branch at Banjara Hills. They have informed that they would be returning within 15 days or thereafter would be paying a fine of Rs.100/day.

After many phone calls and meeting staff at branch, I could recover my Rs.8000 on 17th September but didn't receive the fine amount according to their rules.

So kindly, look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful.
