Miscommunication

I applied for the clerical job in corporation bank on 10th of july and paid Rs206. the exam was scheduled on 12th of september. the call letter i recieved by mail mentioned the adress as:

Venue: GOVT. GIRLS SR. SEC. SCHOOL

ID NO.1923048

HATTARPUR

NEW DELHI - 74.

i searched but this place called hattarpur not exist in delhi as a result i was not able to write the exam.

i want to file a complain against the bank, how can i do that, need assistance
