Too many illegal charges

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am your credit card customer from last few years. My credit card number is 4317575029871804.

After going through the statement which i seldom receive, i really got shocked. As there were so many fines and late payment charges leived on me that i could not beleive on my eyes.

Finally i called your toll free number and he accepted that there are some charges which should not be there. He apoligised but that is not going to work.

The cheques which we deposit here in varanasi reaches to you after 20 working days. we are not responsible for that.

I have finally decide to hand over the card to you and end my relation ship with sbi cards.

of course i will clear all my dues. I have been a very good customer of sbi bank which you can see from the details.

I feel very sorry for myself for using this card.
