Cheated on membership

As i hav paid 145000 on memear kolad but till date i hbership and was promised additional land of 4000sq.ft havent recd land nor any membership benefits as like trip etc... it has been over a year since i took d membership... i also called the sales marketing head and the sales manager concerned to me but they r neither picking up the phone nor replying... i would strongly urge the authorities to tak my complaint n act severely against the fraud persons which i hav mentioned below... i hav complained earlier but havent recd response from ur side... i plead once again... hope this time u dont dissappoint me
