Country Club India
False services promised - duped into membership

Would appreciate help to sort out my grievances against Country Club India.

Context:

Was duped into a membership by Country Club team, giving the following false promises:

1. Offering 5 star resorts - even the best is a 4 star resort

2. Website shows only option for booking in 16 resorts while the manual claimed ~30

3. Option to book Club Mahindra resorts through this membership - they don't have RCI affiliation

Complication:

Country Club team not willing to discuss this aspect:

- No response to emails

- Customer service numbers not functional

Resolution (Help required)

- Please get my membership cancelled, so that I get complete refund of my 70, 000/- paid for this 'white membership' for 10 years.

Would appreciate your help, please let me know if you would need any further information to get this resolved asap.
