Non receipt of cancel premium

More than a year, on 8/9/07 i have received a communication from vice-president operation mr.shashi sagar that there was shortfall of premium for Rs 1389 and if donot sent the amount, the amount paid by me would be refund back to me.i have telefoned and made request vide request i d no 886813235and client i d no 1800119966.very unfortunately ihave not informed anything nor sent the money back as yet.
