Subject: To complain about unauthorized tea canteen and use of L.P.G cylinders in commercial purpose.

Respected Sir,

We the owner of furniture making firm named COZYHOME FURNITURE behind seven bungalows garden, masjid gully, J.P road, andheri (w) Mumbai 4000061, would like to inform you that there has been Tea canteen running adjacent to our shop that does not have legal clearance from municipal authority, having L.P.G cylinders that does not have adequate safety measures.

These L.P.G cylinders are not used under given guidelines & are often mishandled by them; due to this few days earlier a mishap had happen luckily it was prevented in time. That’s why we are in a constant worry of having a major disaster. Our firm has mostly wooden furniture which is at stake considering its safety. We have all the legal clearance from MCGM plus safety measures.

Garbage & filth is thrown in front of their shop, due to this wellbeing of the people is concerned leading to health hazards. We are constantly disturbed by their negligent actions.

This is our humble request to please take some legal actions considering the facts provided; furthermore a safety inspection is needed for their canteen.
