Pension not received as per revised PPO No S/CORR/148852

Sir,

I have been retired on 30 Sep 2009. My pension is fixed to Rs. 11970.00 as per revised pension rate. My entitled pension is Rs. 13527/- per month. But I am getting my pension as under as credited into my account on the following months :-

(a) 30 Jan - Rs. 12686/-

(b) 28 Feb - Rs. 11692
