Broadband complaint

Dear/sir madam

with due respect i wants to inform you that we are useing mtnl broadband.our telephone is no 22304960 and facing lot of problems in regular basis from the day it was installed in our office. we had logged complaints on regular basis but every time we gets temprearly support and after two or three days it gets down only due to this people likes to switch to Airtel or any other networks. it is very shamefull for MTNL and for ur staff persons complaint no's are 8124 and 5355 and we are sorry to say that line your reprsentatives are not taking any action on that sir you are kindly requested to take needful action
