Non Receipt of free music system

I, the undersigned bought a compaq presario laptop (Model No, CQ40-144TU (FZ736PA), Sl, No. CND8451SVY) from my nearest HP authorised dealer named Hard & Soft, Haldia, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal on 23.01.09. On this purchase a free gift had been announced by your company. So I registered my name to HP Redemption Cell and my Redemption Code is X56QU1PJBP .As per terms & condition for receiving that free gift i.e. Philips DVD & Home theatre within 8 weeks from the date of purchase I sent a demand draft of Rs. 1499/-(DD No. 151734 of Punjab National Bank Nonakuri Bazar Branch, Purba Medinipur West Bengal Pin 721172 dt.04.02.09), Purchase invoice and Barcode Sl. Sticker by DTDC courier on 05.02.09. After that I had contacted three times by Phone to the HP Redemption Cell and later I sent fax to the HP Redemption Cell on 03.06.09. But unfortunetly I had not got that free gift still now.

So, I hope that you wil take necessary action for sending that free gift as early as possible and oblige.
