HP Presario notebook CQ40-144TU
PROMOTIONAL FREE GIFT NOT RECEIVED EVEN AFTER 6 MONTHS

I purchased my notebook from dealer M/S Keypoint Computers, Namdev Chowk, Jalandhar, Punjab (India) Model: Presario CQ40-144TU, Date of purchase: 05-Nov-08, SN:(S) CND83642K3, PRODUCT:(1P) FZ736PA, SKU: FZ736PA#ACJ.

I registered my notebook for claiming free gift (Kodak Digital Camera 9 MP - Commited by dealer on behalf of HP) and received claim confirmation mail from HP REDEMPTION TEAM. Redemption code is AA3Y21KUPN. I sent all documents including DD of Rs.1299/- as handling/shipment charges to M/s Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi but same was returned/rejected mentioned that "FREE GIFT OFFER NOT APPLICABLE ON THE PURCHASE DATE". on dated 02-Feb-09. Nor Hp dealer inform me about the last date and neither it is mentioned on Bill given to me or on any user manual/ packing etc.
