Edemption current status not recieved

I had purchased a laptop cq40-317TU s/n-CND9071HBQ and registered the same for

redemption on 18/6/09 and got redemption code NLTUAN19MO. I had sent all required

documents ie copy of valid students id, barcode sticker, copy of invoice & chq for

Rs 3999/- of HDFC Bank no- 211813 to HP redemption support.which is recieved on

23/6/09 . since then i had not being informed about the reciept and status on my email or

by post.

kindly do the needful and reply to me as soon as possible.
