I want to share a horrific experience I had with Creative Customer Care. I bought a Creative MuVo-Slim Mp3 Player (512 MB) in December (4th week). It was covered by a 1 year warranty. Within 9 months of its purchase, the player started malfunctioning. I went to the shopkeeper and submitted the product to be replaced or repaired (as per the warranty conditions). Now... after making me run for 3-4 months continuously, he told me that the company will not replace the product as it was no longer in production and asked me to come after 15 days. After 15 days he told me that there was absolutely nothing which he could do. But he gave a 256 MB version of the same product as a compensation.

Despite having a 1 year warranty, I had to make-do with half the memory of which i paid for. Add to this the negligent and irresponsible behaviour of the Creative Customer Care people who did nothing despite my several e-mails.

I swear to god, that after having such a horrendous experience, i will never buy any Creative product again. This company doesn't give a damn about it's customers.
