Let me start with the word "RIDICULOUS" i Don think even this will any where stand in the picture to describe your services, Teach your bloody staff to talk including the managers or sups who really don know how to address the issues,
To the point; my card is been deactivated from almost 30 days inspite of making payments and when i ask you the reason you revert back saying its a security issue, let me ask you a simple question are yopu treating your customers as "TERRORISTS" I need an explaination on this, and before withdrawing any services the owner of the product (who is using the product / service provided by you) should be informed and go ahead, when you want us to take up[ ur bloody services you CSE's cal us day and night and trouble and when we have a query to solve no one is ready to do that, you bloody equip urself first to handle ur cust queries then provide a service and dare any one from SBI calls me to offer any service from here on.. i need an detailed explaination from your Managing Director since he is the business haed and he should define the word very clearly what is the meaning of "CUSTOMER SERVICE"
