Ref my complaint no SR115933993 dt 17Aug, 09 and follow up no from icici bankSr 115932099 reg cr of Rs 20619.95.I recd mail from beneficiary that they have given the complete refund on 31st Aug, 09 vide transaction id 1333273890 dated 9thsep, 09.The credit for the same has not been given to me so far. I am pasting here the message recd from the beneficiary.
