With reference to VPC038649 of ChargeBack we wish to inform you that we have sold a Mobile phone to the customer ; the customer has swiped the amount of Rs 8466/- at my shop here in mumbai Dadar; We have provided the customer with a customers copy and Invoice for the same; Now the customer is disputing the amount saying that Card holder does not recognize the Transaction, We have provide the charge slip to the HDFC representative on asking vide request letter no VR0050812 dt 22/4 we have given the HDFC representative the proof also; now they are still demanding the proof. Please suggest and help. they have sent a letter saying that they will deduct from my account. Please help.
