Cancellation of card-reg

Dear Sir, I requsted the icici card section for cancellation of my card no.4477580102700009 in the month of Aug.2007. Ialso requested for conversion of My redumption points in to cash. But till today I am receiving the Balance statements. Many times Imade requests to your phone banking officers but no use. They gave some Telephone Nos. I never get connection with those officers. My card is not operation since Nov. Hwo can your creditcard dept. is drawing from that card? Iam a share holder of ICICIbank. But Iam not getting minimum good service. I requested you to kindly verify the statements of 9, 10, 11, 12 Months and send me nil statements. If any urgent action is not taken at your end within fortnight I am forced to place this matter before Chaiman, ICICI BANK. Early favourable action is highly apperciated.
