CHEATING BY YOUR COLLECTION DEPARTMENT

I am holding a platinum credit card of your bank. I am in habit of making payment by cheque immediately after receiving your bill in full. Last month I made the same on 31st Oct. Surprisingly my payment has not been reflected in my current statement and in charged withh different charges amounting Rs.4500 (approx). Is this the kid of servise you are giving to your valued customers. Please rectify your bill and help me to clear my dues with your card.
