Equested statement of account not sent

I have paid over rs. 10, 000/ as paynents since november and you have not given me proper statements for the above sum. you charged me late payment fine for no fault of mine. in april your bank went on strike which caused the delay and also delay made by your courier. for which i cannot be held responsible for the delay in sending payments. i requested your telecallers to send me a statement and not to fine me. kindly rectify and send me a corrected statement by courier..
