Complaint againest crest autokraft

We hav booked the car that is I10 in crest autacraft on dated 31/05/09.they told us it will be deliverd within 15 to 20 dys today when we went to encover there they misbeaved with us as if we were beggers.we have made full payment.last week we called them they told in this week it will be deliverd but when we went today there to encover the status they misbeaved with us.now i want to cencell my order because of this misbehave.this is not the way to handle a customer.any ways i am cencelling my order i will go for any other vehicle but in future this is problem for ur company u will be loasing the customers like that.
