Delay in EFT

Sir,

Centre For railway information System has sent an amount of Rs. 17949/- to my account at State Bank Of India A/C No: 00000020009177481, Rail Vihar Branch Bhubaneswar (Orissa) through Syndicate Bank, Akbar Bhawan Branch, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. The Case Abstract No is : 1130, Dtd: 19/12 having Cheque no : 301875. I have enquired at Syndicate Bank and they told that they had already forward that having RBI Ref No: 023376, Dtd:24/12/08. When I enquired at State Bank Of India, they told that they have not received any thing with the above reference number.

It is sorry that although 15 days have already been passed, that amount has not been credited to my account. So steps may be taken to credit the amount.
