House Rent Security Return

I was staying in House no -2731, third floor, Overseas Apartment, sector 50.

Due to travelling problems we need to shift to delhi

The flat was owned by S.K./ Sodhani, who WAS staying in Kota. But later the charge was taken by

Mr. R.K. Sodhani

There was a lease agreement of 11 months with landlords.

But according to lease either party can give a notice period of one month before vacating.

Our monthly rental was from 10th of the month.

I was regularly paying my monthly rental in advance. On 18th September, i gave the notice to the party and vacated on 2nd Oct. But rent upto 10th October was already paid.

We have requested for the security return, then we received an e-mail that you will receive security by 18th October. but now he is refusing to return security.

We asked them to deduct 8 days rent and rent the remaining. But still he is refusing.

They are making obscure comments like you leave before stipulated period.

Please help.
