PF not transfered yet

I had applied for transfer of my PF from my previous company (Sapient) to new Company (CSC).

Sapient sent the PF amount directly to RPFC, Tambaram. But when I contacted RPFC Tambaram, they are saying that the PF is not credited. When I contacted Sapiet again they gave the following details:

Sent through Blue Dart courier and the Way bill no. is 47508555533.

Additional information: cheque was drawn in favour of RPFC, Tambaram, Chennai bearing no. 911192 for Rs. 46816/-, cleared from our HDFC account on 7th Feb.

I am not sure to which account the amount has been credited.

Please let me know.
