Hi,

Iwas travelling by Udyan express on 5th Nov in 3 tier A/c coach. On repeated request to the train attendent about the coach becoming too cold, and people coughing and sneezing the coach attendent did nothing to alleviate the problem. I would request the Indian railways to look into this problem and solve this recurring problem.

Hope indian railways looks into this problem at the earliest
