Phone is dead almost from its installation

I have been allotted a ll connection bearing the number 26925393 with broad band connection combo plan two months ago. I am fed up that the phone is dead always/broadband connection is not coming when the phone is luckiluy working. theough online complaints are made now and then and even in person the status quo continues. if the situation continues i would be forced to go for another service provider and make a press publication in this regard for the lackadaisical way of the great MTNL as i am paying monthly charges amountion to Rs 600/ just for nothing but to spoil my health and at the cosst of my work what i would like to do at home.
